Hi Guys! This is the official blog for my fantastic new ballet book, "The Perfect Pointe Book"! The book is designed too teach you how to get strong enough for pointe work. It has tests to see where you are at, and exercises to help you get stronger in all the right places! Feel free to post any questions or comments you have, and update me on your progress!

The first copies are out!!

Hi Guys,

I have sent off a few copies of the book to a few very special people for their opinion, and the feed back is all good! I am working on the final logistics of making this avaliable to all you guys, so will keep you posted! Anyone who has had a sneak preview, feel free to post your comments here!

    Omg love your work...this book is truly amazing..i have learnt so much already from your 'Perfect Pointe Book' and i am still working through the rest of the stages...Its really great what you have put together..i found it very easy to understand and i love the pictures!. love always lauren xoxoxox

    Hi Lisa,

    I really enjoyed reading your 'Perfect Pointe Book'..I am a full time ballet dancer and have been doing pointe for a few years now, but i still find your book very helpfull with my classical training!..i look forward to sharing your work with my friends at ballet!
