    Hi lisa,

When i go up en pointe, my shoe fits comfortably and i dont feel much pain on my toes etc or anywhere else, but i do get bad pain up the back of my ankle (the achilles i think) when i push the front of my foot forward to get fully onto the box. If i do demi's it feels fine, and only hurts when i go en pointe (like i am squashing the back heel too much). I have downloaded your perfect pointe book and i wonder if it is because i might have a larger bone on my ankle (Os Trigonum?) which is squashing together to create such pain..?

Thankyou for the wonderful book too and merry xmas!
